Where will we deliver to :

The products bought from this website will be delivered in mainland United Kingdom . The following restrictions will apply for UK deliveries:

• No deliveries will be made to Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire.
• No delivery will be made to PO Boxes or overseas addresses, including the Republic of Ireland.
• Deliveries will be not be made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received on a Friday will be processed on Monday.

All transactions for delivery in UK will be carried out in GBP.

Also note that products bought from this website from Kenya  will be collected from our shop in Nairobi,Kenya

• No delivery will be made to PO Boxes or any addresses in Kenya.

All transactions for collection  in Kenya will be carried out in KSh.

Orders & Delivery

Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you. Orders are despatched as soon as possible once payment reciept has been confirmed, usually within 24 hours.

Should the goods you order be out of stock we will contact you to advise when you can expect delivery. GNLTech cannot be held responsible for delays occassioned by force majeurs, strikes, lock-outs, accidents or any reason whatsoever which is outside the Companys control.

What happends if you are not in when we deliver :

All our deliveries require a signature, if you are not in when the postman or courier calls you will be left a card and the item taken back to their local sorting office. You will usually have between 3 and 7 days to collect your item from the sorting office. If you do not collect the item within the timescale given on the card, your items will be returned back to us and you will have to pay a re-shipping fee for your items.
